Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Milwaukee, WI. You will connect with the community face-to-face, promote Spectrum services, and drive customer adoption of high-speed data, TV, mobile, and voice solutions.

Role involves outdoor work, frequent travel, and meeting sales targets with base salary plus incentives. Eligible for a $5,000 hiring bonus for external hires and benefits including Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to travel door to door in local communities.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs.
• Complete all sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services.
• Monitor competitors’ activity in the territory and report to manager.
