Job summary

Tulsa Welding School is seeking a Community Outreach Representative to travel in the field, engaging with high schools, career centers, and community organizations to build partnerships and generate qualified student leads. You will work closely with Admissions to move leads through the enrollment journey and represent the school at events across the assigned territory.

This role emphasizes relationship building, consistent outreach, and territory ownership, with 75–90% travel and expectations

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of a Tulsa Welding School campus.
• Willing to travel 75–90% of the time, including evenings/weekends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with schools, employers, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high schools and career centers to generate leads.
• Represent Tulsa Welding School at career fairs and events.
• Build and maintain community partnerships with stakeholders.
• Track outreach activity and lead generation in CRM.
• Collaborate with Admissions to convert leads to enrolled students.
