Job summary

Tulsa Welding School is seeking a driven Community Outreach Representative to meet with high schools, workforce organizations, employers, and community partners to build awareness and generate qualified student leads. This field-based role requires 75–90% travel and residence within 50 miles of a campus.

You will develop partnerships, deliver presentations, attend career fairs, and collaborate with Admissions to move leads through the enrollment process, while staying organized and documenting

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of a Tulsa Welding School campus.
• 75–90% travel throughout the assigned territory with occasional evening and weekend events.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and building partnerships with high schools, districts, employers, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with high schools, counselors, community organizations, employers, and local businesses.
• Deliver presentations, participate in career fairs and outreach events, and build a pipeline of prospective students.
• Track outreach activities and lead-generation to hand off qualified leads to Admissions.
• Represent Tulsa Welding School professionally at events and maintain strong community partnerships.
• Work with Admissions to move leads through enrollment processes.
