Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Field Operations Intern in Lewiston, Idaho. The intern will support safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and site documentation, gaining hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality.

The role is in-person with a 40-hour work week and reports to Field Operations leadership. Current pursuit of a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; preference for civil engineering or construction-focused programs.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude for learning construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of project safety program to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Assist with quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and daily/weekly reports.
• Provide technical assistance by interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Support project managers with daily activities, safety walks, and updating schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain project logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
