Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Field Operations Intern in Lewiston, ME to support safety program administration, schedule analysis, and site documentation. You will gain hands-on experience in field coordination and construction quality within a dynamic team on active projects.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering, with exposure to drawings, submittals, and project reporting. This in-person internship offers real responsibilities and hands-on learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; quick to learn CM software.
• Ability to read drawings, submittals, and technical docs.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Understanding CPM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration on site.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project docs.
• Assist with daily/weekly activities; prepare reports and schedules.
• Assist with schedule management and critical path awareness.
• Attend meetings; participate in QA and site inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking.
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory.
• Use CM software to track project information.
