Position: Growth Operations Business Partner

Role Summary

The Growth Strategy and Operations team manages the successful integration of new, acquired, and reopened centers. The Growth Operations Business Partner acts as a cultural ambassador and coach, ensuring consistency in brand standards and operational procedures. They lead the development and support of new centers, facilitating a smooth transition and successful implementation of standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic leadership and expertise to support center teams and field leaders in achieving growth, safety, and educational excellence.

  2. Collaborate with leaders on success planning, including center setup and training execution.

  3. Assess training needs, develop tailored plans, and monitor effectiveness.

  4. Support the implementation of brand standards and operational procedures with field teams.

  5. Manage the Center Success Plan for new and acquired centers, overseeing related projects and facilities.

  6. Participate in workstreams to provide operational updates and support graduation readiness.

  7. Lead through change, fostering consensus and positive outcomes, and inspiring others.

  8. Identify risks to success plans, communicate with stakeholders, and recommend improvements.

  9. Conduct site visits and liaise with licensing and accreditation bodies as needed.
