Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Operator – Traditional Locator to scale our underground discovery platform. You will operate our patented carts and drones, identify underground assets, and support the expansion of our technology across utilities, transportation and government sectors.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience in traditional utility locating, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel domestically (up to 100%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in traditional utility locating /SUE/ underground utility locating field operations.
• Excellent English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Willing to travel domestically across the US (up to 100%).
• Physically able to stand/walk up to eight hours and work night shifts.
• Valid driver’s license; able to ride in a vehicle up to four hours.
• Background in earth sciences, engineering, construction or utility mapping is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone.
• Identify underground assets using sensors.
• Identify infrastructure using traditional locating equipment and industry-standard locating methods.
• Identify and resolve on-site operational issues with R&D and operation managers.
• Document interactions, site information and operation reports.
