Job summary

Exodigo seeks a Field Operator – Traditional Locator to scale our underground discovery capabilities. You will operate carts and drone-based tools, identify underground assets with multiple sensors, and document site interactions and reports.

You will collaborate with R&D to resolve on-site issues and travel across the United States on a 2 week on/1 week off rotation when needed. The role demands 5+ years with traditional utility locating, strong attention to detail, and excellent English.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with traditional utility locating and SUE field operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel domestically across the US (up to 100%).
  • Physically able to stand, walk up to 8 hours, and work night shifts.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel by vehicle to job sites.
  • Excellent English – read/write/speak.

Responsibilities

  • Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone.
  • Identify underground assets using sensors and locating methods.
  • Document interactions, site information, and operation reports.
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to resolve on-site issues.
  • Travel to various urban and remote job sites across the US.
