Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Operator – Traditional Locator to scale our underground discovery capabilities. You will operate patented carts and drones, identify underground assets using electromagnetic, magnetic and GPR methods, and document site information in our software.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in traditional utility locating, be willing to travel up to 100% across the US, and be able to work nights and long shifts. Excellent English and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with traditional utility locating/SUE/underground utility locating field operations.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
• Must have flexibility in scheduling, including domestic travel across the US (up to 100%).
• Physically demanding: stand/walk up to eight hours, possible night shifts.
• Driver's license and ability to ride in a vehicle up to four hours to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate underground discovery tools using patented carts and drone.
• Identify underground assets using electromagnetic, magnetic, metal, GPR, seismic and related sensing technologies.
• Document site interactions, information, and operation reports in organizational software.
• Collaborate with R&D and operations managers to resolve on-site issues.
• Work with cutting-edge technology across construction, transportation and utilities industries.
