Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment to maintain designated operating conditions.
  • Troubleshoot artificial lift problems and report events to supervisor.
  • Input data into ProdNet and other internal test tracking systems.
  • Maintain pressure and volume targets.
  • Conduct surveillance of automated production operations and perform general maintenance.
  • Perform shutdowns and startups of equipment.
  • Conduct daily rounds and monitor facilities for operational issues.
  • Lockout and tagout duties for maintenance work.
  • Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
  • Monitor SCADA equipment and report issues using the work order system.
  • General building maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping."
  • Speak clearly and listen effectively; write emails and memos.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and high performance; may work non-traditional hours.
  • Unscheduled overtime may be required; other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
  • Operate production equipment to maintain designated operating conditions.
  • Trouble shoot artificial lift problems and report events to supervisor.
  • Place wells in test, record data, and accurately input data into internal test tracking system (ProdNet).
  • Achieve and maintain pressure and volume targets.
  • Conduct regular surveillance of automated production operations, and general maintenance.
  • Perform shutdown and start up of equipment.
  • Conduct daily rounds and monitoring of facilities, and identification of operational problems.
  • Responsible for lockout and tag out duties for maintenance work.
  • Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
  • Monitor SCADA equipment and report issues using the work order system.
  • Perform general building maintenance, house cleaning, landscaping, etc.
  • Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills, and listen carefully.
  • Write effectively, and understand verbal and written communications, including but not limited to email.
  • Maintain a regular, dependable attendance, and high level of performance.
  • Maintain a high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
  • May be required to work non-traditional hours.
  • Unscheduled overtimemay berequired, and anticipated.
  • Other daily, weekly and monthly duties, and special projects as assigned.
What You Need

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required

EXPERIENCE / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
1-3 years experience in oilfield operations or gas processing plants and equipment.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications (including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other assigned computer programs

Good written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to the ability to work from written or verbal instructions

Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisor(s), focus attention on details, follow work rules, and adhere to established work schedules.

Ability to organize and prioritize daily work, maintain confidentiality as necessary, and work effectively with limited supervision

Must be highly self-motivated, dependable, and punctual.

Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job
