Job summary

Enidchamber is seeking a dedicated Utility Maintenance worker to support water and wastewater infrastructure. The role reports to the Utility Maintenance Supervisor/Foreman and works with Heavy Equipment Operators.

Daily duties include operating power tools and heavy equipment, performing preventive maintenance, responding to customer call-ins, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. CDL and licenses required within specified timelines; on-call readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: high school diploma or GED; or six months related experience or training.
• License/certifications within required timeframes: Class D Water/Wastewater licenses, Class B CDL, Confined Space, Trenching & Shoring.

Responsibilities

• Pull hose and operate jet nozzle for sewer line cleaning under supervision.
• Assist with operation of CCTV equipment.
• Install and repair utility systems; set barricades and traffic control.
• Measure distances and location of taps; operate power equipment and hand tools.
• Handle water piping maintenance and equipment care; respond to customer calls.
