Responsibilities

Maintain and operate equipment to ensure smooth operation and adherence to standards.
Engage with the team by operating company machinery at various sites, collaborating with field personnel.
Lead concrete forming, pouring, and finishing activities.
Transport and deliver materials between warehouses and project locations.
Facilitate effective communication among field personnel, project managers, and warehouse staff.
Collaborate with management to refine warehouse processes and improve field support.
Promote a safe environment by keeping warehouse and sites clean and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with special projects including building maintenance and tool inspections.
