Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Diesel Power Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of applicable technical skills and work experience may be considered.
- Entry-level candidates from an Agricultural Technology school or similar technical program may be considered at an appropriate market rate.
Responsibilities
- Support field operations, testing, and pilot projects.
- Collect field data to support the development and improvement of machine learning models for autonomous vehicles.
- Provide actionable technical feedback to product development and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and technical systems.
- Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance inspections.
- Travel approximately 10-20% across the U.S. and Canada.
