Job summary

The role supports Administrators of Field Operations and aligns with company policy while guiding daily region-wide activities to meet safety and efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Missouri Class E license, and 2 years of field experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Missouri Class E license or equivalent required.
• 2 years of field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate shared equipment and resources.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of plans to attain departmental goals.
• Review jobs, including checking blueprints, visiting work sites, prioritizing jobs, and ensuring materials and equipment are available.
• Meet contractors and municipalities, attend meetings or job sites, and schedule start dates.
• Coordinate activities with other departments or operations supervisors for efficiency.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of the department’s business plan.
• Prepare and coordinate safety activities for the region.
• Monitor crew performance to meet business unit objectives.
• Schedule training (OQ, Fire, Hearing, Halt, Respirator, etc.) for employees.
• Oversee health and safety for the region.
