Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Supervisor for Peace Meal Operations to lead field operations, ensuring timely home-delivered and congregate meals within the region. The role requires enforcing policies, coordinating staff, and supporting budgeting and program development.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a food service certification, and at least 2 years in food service. Strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office, are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• FSSC-Food Service and Sanitation Certification required.
• Driver's License CFPM/FSSMC within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years of food service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Peace Meal policies and procedures in the field.
• Provide planning and leadership of daily field operations with discretion and independent judgement.
• Assist with budgeting and programming for the Peace Meal region.
