Job summary

KINETIK is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of natural gas/oil pipeline systems, compressor stations, and related equipment. The role requires directing Field Operations staff, ensuring policy adherence, and guiding contractors in field construction and maintenance tasks.

The candidate should have strong planning, communication, and safety skills, with 5–10 years of industry experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years industry experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver license with a safe driving record.
• Good communicator, work planner with excellent work ethics and background in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign and direct work of Field Operations personnel.
• Ensure that work is completed in accordance with internal standards following approved policies, procedures, safety rules, budgets and in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction.
• Manage PHMSA and regulatory requirements and assist during inspections or audits for the area of responsibility.
• Provide leadership and manage the planning and direction of activities at multiple locations within the area.
• Supervise contract personnel engaged in construction, testing and operations of facilities.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment, instrumentation, pumps, vessels, pipelines, compressors, auxiliary equipment, engines, turbines, motors, cooling equipment, valves, seals, and other related equipment.
• Directly manage construction and/or maintenance activities performed by internal personnel or third parties.
• All other duties as assigned
