Job summary

Kinetik is seeking a field operations professional in Kentucky to operate pipeline valves during pigging and emergencies, locate pipelines with NM/Texas 811, and safely purge, vent, and monitor pressures. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver license with a safe driving record.
• Minimum of two years’ related experience, preferably in Midstream.
• Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Office; X Map preferred.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Work without direct supervision with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate pipeline valves during pigging operations and emergencies.
• Respond to NM / Texas 811 One Calls for locating pipelines and interface with contractors.
• Safely purge and pack pipeline segments to initiate operation; monitor pressure.
• Safely vent to atmosphere or flare contents to discontinue operation.
• Assist with corrosion prevention/mitigation activities as directed.
• Maintain professional competence and develop skills through ongoing learning.
• Support employee policies and safety rules.
• Execute responsibilities within time frames with high efficiency.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and Construction on projects.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver license with satisfactory record

Minimum of two years’ related experience (Midstream)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; X Map (preferred)

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask

Ability to work without direct supervision and be organized
