Tower Multifamily LLC is seeking a Foreman to supervise daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of projects. The role requires a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles and transport crew and materials to job sites.

You will lead field crews, inspect worksites, maintain progress records, and coordinate with Project Managers and Operations teams to address issues and keep projects on schedule. This position emphasizes outdoors work and physical effort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction, landscaping, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections of worksites to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Operate company vehicles to transport crew, tools, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Operations teams regarding job updates or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and company policies.
• Assist with hands-on field work when required to meet project deadlines.
