Qualifications

• Minimum two years of cleaning experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Minimum two years of supervision experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise several facilities and personnel.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Create work schedules for custodians and assign duties.
• Maintain inventory control of equipment and chemicals.
• Train subordinates to meet cleaning expectations.
