Job summary

Industrial Vacuum Transfer Services USA LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor who knows industrial vacuum work inside and out to lead crews on refinery and petrochemical sites along the Gulf Coast. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot E-Series, M-Series, and P-Series systems, ensure safety, complete daily reports, and coordinate with operations and customer site personnel.

This on-site role requires strong organization and leadership, with travel including nights and weekends; compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial vacuum, vac truck, hydro-excavation, industrial cleaning, or catalyst handling work.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role on refinery or petrochemical job sites.
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of vacuum and material handling equipment.
• Highly organized, with a track record of accurate, on-time daily reporting.
• Clear communicator with both crews and customer site leadership.
• TWIC card and current plant safety council training (or ability to obtain).
• Willing to travel between Gulf Coast sites and work turnaround schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IVTS crews on refinery and petrochemical job sites during turnarounds and routine maintenance
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot E-Series, M-Series, and P-Series vacuum and conveyance equipment
• Complete accurate daily reports covering hours, equipment, material moved, progress, and any delays or issues
• Communicate daily with the IVTS operations team on job status, staffing, equipment needs, and schedule changes
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for customer turnaround coordinators and plant personnel
• Enforce IVTS and customer safety procedures, lead pre-job safety meetings, and complete required permits and JSAs
• Train and mentor crew members on equipment operation and best practices
• Track labor and equipment time to support accurate job billing
• Willing to travel and work weekends and holidays

Field Supervisor – Industrial Vacuum Services

IVTS USA provides patented industrial vacuum and conveyance services to refineries, petrochemical plants, and related industries along the Gulf Coast. Our E-Series, M-Series, and P-Series systems help plants move material faster, safer, and cleaner during turnarounds and routine maintenance.

We're looking for a Field Supervisor who knows industrial vacuum work inside and out and runs a tight, organized job. The ideal candidate leads crews safely and efficiently, keeps accurate daily records, and communicates clearly with our operations team and the customer's site personnel. You'll be the person on-site making sure every job is set up right, run right, and documented right.

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
