Qualifications

• Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree or some college (preferred).
• Experience in railcar repair, manufacturing, or industrial environments (preferred).
• Background in multi-site or customer-facing operations (preferred).
