Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Field Operations Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities across multiple trades. You will ensure safety, hit milestones, and keep the project built to spec from shovel to punch list.

You’ll read schedules, manage lookaheads, protect the budget, and communicate with PMs, subcontractors, and clients. Strong leadership, safety knowledge, and hands-on project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated superintendent or similar construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication under pressure.
• Reading schedules, lookaheads, and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field activities and subcontractor sequencing.
• Enforce safety compliance and regulations.
• Track schedule, verify milestones, and maintain budget awareness.
• Communicate with PMs, subcontractors, and clients; conduct jobsite meetings.
• Perform routine inspections and prepare daily logs, photos, and reports.
• Mentor crews and foster collaborative culture.
