Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean Careers seeks an Area Manager based in Wilmington. The role pays $25/hour and involves travel to locations within the Service Area.

The candidate should have prior management and cleaning experience, be well groomed, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with Google-based tools

Qualifications

• Previous management and cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be well groomed, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with Google based technology and other online applications.
• Must have the ability to travel by automobile. The candidate must have a clean DMV record and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Fill-In Janitorial Coverage, Quality Control, Training New Employees and Re-Training Current Employees, and Supply Management at assigned accounts.
• Specific tasks are subject to change and the Supervisor must be flexible in performing assigned duties.
