Primoris Services seeks a Field Operations Manager (FOM) to oversee training and development of Superintendents in the construction sector. This role emphasizes safety, leadership, and fiscal responsibility, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. The FOM will play a key role in shaping the company's training and development programs, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in construction practices.
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position will ensure the Superintendents and General Superintendents are trained and adhering to company standards and consistent project delivery. This position will conduct workshops, practical on-site training, and classroom sessions on construction processes, safety regulations, leadership, and project management for the site . This position will perform and demonstrate competency with construction means and methods industries. They must have the ability to listen and ability to build relationships with project supervision, construction teams, vendors and clients. Specifically this position will mentor, train, and develop site managers to ensure they meet industry standards, company expectations, and project requirements. The role involves creating structured training programs, overseeing professional development, and ensuring continuous improvement in leadership, technical, and safety competencies.
