    • Improve franchisee capabilities through data-driven insights, leveraging support from Field Training Managers and best practices across functions.
    • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Growth Readiness Assessments with franchisees owning 1-5 locations, focusing on business metrics and Model of Excellence standards.
  2. Leadership Development
    • Coach and train multi-unit leaders (District Managers and above) and franchisees to ensure adoption of systems and performance management cycles for high operation standards.
    • Support succession planning and bench development for leadership roles.
  3. Training for Operational Excellence
    • Partner with Field Training Managers to deliver in-restaurant training and development, focusing on internal growth and succession planning.
    • Ensure restaurant operations meet standards, using customer feedback and evaluations to guide improvements.
    • Enforce compliance with standards to ensure franchisee accountability.
  4. Supporting New Restaurant Openings
    • Assist franchisees with new restaurant openings, ensuring teams are trained and restaurants meet Wendy's standards before opening.
    • Participate in on-site opening activities, providing guidance and support.
Candidate Expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, including P&L responsibility for multi-unit operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and develop teams across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to interpret financial data into actionable insights.
