Job summary

Red Cat Holdings in Florida seeks a Manager, Military Operations to lead Blue Ops INC's Military Operations Specialists in field missions and training. You will supervise, plan, and coordinate across teams, ensuring readiness and mission alignment.

The role requires active field engagement, knowledge of USV systems, and strong leadership in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in defense/maritime operations, supervisory experience, and the ability to obtain/hold DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years in defense operations, maritime or unmanned systems.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team-lead roles within technical environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Military Operations Specialists; manage scheduling and priorities.
• Coordinate participation in events, exercises, and testing activities.
• Develop pre-event planning timelines and readiness checklists.
• Ensure field personnel are briefed, equipped, and prepared for deployment.
• Maintain records of activities and deliver periodic status reports.
• Escalate risks and resource conflicts to the Senior Manager promptly.
