Project Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a key communication link between field personnel, project teams, customers, and operational leadership.

  • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure schedules, priorities, project requirements, and changes are communicated effectively.

  • Identify and elevate significant field issues, schedule impacts, customer concerns, and resource needs.

  • Participate in project meetings, operational updates, and planning discussions.

  • Help maintain effective communication between office and field personnel.

Safety & Quality
  • Promote and reinforce established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.

  • Conduct safety observations, field inspections, and jobsite reviews.

  • Ensure field employees understand and follow applicable safety requirements.

  • Assist with addressing incidents, near misses, and other safety concerns.

  • Monitor field work to ensure projects meet established plans, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.

  • Identify quality concerns and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.

  • Promote strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
