Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Field Operations Manager located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Field Operations Manager will oversee daily field activities, ensure compliance with stormwater regulations, manage inspection and maintenance schedules, and coordinate with team members and clients. Responsibilities include ensuring project progress, conducting site assessments, troubleshooting field challenges, and managing resources to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, team coordination, and operational planning
• Strong understanding of storm water compliance, including SWPPPs, QSD, QSP, and QISP certifications
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to perform site assessments and develop solutions to address unique challenges
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, reporting, and client interaction
• Adaptability to hybrid work arrangements, with availability for field visits and remote tasks
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant industry tools and software is a plus
