Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of at least 3 direct reports for 2-5 years.
• Clean driving record required for insurance purposes.
• Sales and/or operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication.
• Conduct onsite selling and upselling.
• Ensure safe truck operations and maintenance.
• Perform junk removal including heavy lifting.
• Build and enhance the company brand.
• Make logistical decisions regarding job completions.
• Educate clients on pricing and services.
