Job summary

SecurTec Holdings LLC is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead field operations, ensuring staffing, site performance, and client satisfaction across Florida. You will make real-time decisions, manage day-to-day issues, and drive process improvements while reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

The role combines office work with regular site visits, using a company vehicle. You will oversee scheduling, staffing plans, and KPI tracking to streamline operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in security or field services.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean record (company vehicle use).
• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Officer License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations across all sites, ensuring service delivery and contract compliance.
• Staffing and scheduling using guard-tracking software; address gaps promptly.
• Recruit, interview, and train guards; onboard post orders and procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance/Payroll and HR on hours, overtime, and personnel records.
• Provide emergency coverage when needed; report to VP of Operations.
