Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in rigging operations and heavy industrial environments.
• Strong background in machinery moving, construction, or related heavy-industry settings.
• In-depth understanding of rigging techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Familiarity with crane operations and load calculations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage field crews safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minute-by-minute communication with dispatch, foremen, and crews.
• Coordinate daily with crews, project managers, and customers to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and pre-task meetings are conducted.
• Oversee rigging, lifting, and equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Lead field personnel including riggers, crane operators, and signal persons.
• Monitor loads, equipment specifications, and site conditions to adapt to changes.
