Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee all on-site construction, operations, and maintenance activities at tower sites, including customer installs, troubleshooting, inspections, and drone flights. The role requires coordinating onsite vendors and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and Crown Castle standards.

The candidate should have a construction management degree or commensurate experience, 4+ years in wireless construction, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and ideally

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or commensurate experience.
• Minimum 4+ years in wireless construction and operations management.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Training Cards.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.
• FAA Part 107 License preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform site layout validation and field scoping.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and code compliance.
• Manage construction quality and scope, and changes.
• Review site closeout documents for customer deliverables.
• Ensure protection and integrity of Crown Castle assets.
• Maintain safety and quality in field operations and construction.
