Job summary

The Foreperson at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC oversees daily crew operations and coordinates with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols to enforce on the job site. The role includes training and mentoring employees and contractors while maintaining customer relations and ensuring timely completion of work.

Applicants should possess a CDL, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work in field conditions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work based on orders from management.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety trainings.
• Communicates with property owners about access and work scope; issues referrals to supervisor as needed.
• Obtains permissions to perform work and maintains customer relations.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports; controls crew costs.
