Job summary

Exodigo, a leader in underground mapping, seeks a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee field teams across large-scale sites, drive safe, efficient operations, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget while upholding Exodigo's standards.

The role requires coordinating work plans, managing budgets and resources, and traveling regionally with frequent overnight trips. Travel weekly, with nationwide assignments, and collaborate with regional managers to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field operations experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.
• Ability to manage schedules, field operations, budgets, subcontractors, and logistics.
• Strong safety knowledge with OSHA 30 certification.
• Willingness to travel weekly and nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity and milestones.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor allocation, equipment and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Ensure field operations adhere to Exodigo's methodologies and platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to communicate updates and priorities.
• Track KPIs including schedule adherence, budget, quality, and safety.
