Job summary

Skyline Party Rental is seeking reliable individuals to join our outdoor event crew for field operations and commercial tent setup. You will help build large tents, move equipment, and work as part of a team. Training is provided; no prior tent experience needed.

Expect active work outdoors, weekly pay, and opportunities during peak seasons. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory, and safety directions must be followed.

Job Title: Field Operations Crew - Commercial Tent Setup

Job Type:Full-Time / Seasonal
Pay: $18-$24/hour
Location:Based in Toledo with regional travel

About the Role:We are looking for reliable, active individuals to join our outdoor event crew. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying moving, and being part of a team that builds massive event spaces from the ground up, this is the job for you. You don't need a background in tent setup-we will train you on everything. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy a good workout while getting paid, you will fit right in.

What You Will Do:

• Work Outdoors:Spend your days outside at different event locations rather than stuck behind a desk or a counter.
• Build Cool Structures:Work as a team to assemble, raise, and secure large commercial tents and event staging.
• Load and Unload:Help transport equipment and materials safely from the truck to the job site.
• Use Basic Tools:Learn to handle simple hand tools, tension straps, and basic anchoring equipment.

• Physical Stamina:Ability to stand, bend, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
