Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to oversee multiple crews in the field, managing maintenance operations and landscape enhancement services. You will coordinate materials, people, and subcontractors, ensure safety, and align work with client expectations across assigned geographic locations.

You’ll mentor staff, review production hours, forecast labor, and partner with Sales to deliver fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crew associates focusing on maintenance operations.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality work.
• Monitor safety and enforce policies; ensure productive, compliant performance.
• Inspect sites and plan actions for scheduled services.
• On-site training and skill development for employees.
• Schedule work and manage production hours; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales and Mechanics teams to meet client needs.
• Coach, mentor and develop direct reports for growth.
• Ensure equipment on site and monitor costs and safety procedures.
• Attend meetings with customers to ensure quality matches scope.
