Qualifications

• Degree in Building Science, Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of ten years related construction experience and/or training.
• Commercial/Multi-Family Construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing the field team and oversee all work on site.
• Ensure quality standards, inspections, and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Assist in daily reports and documentation of subcontractor issues.
• Plan and establish the flow of work activities on the project.
• Mentor and train other team members.
