You will be on job sites daily as the first point of contact, ensuring materials are correct, jobs start on time, and every site is left clean and professional. You will arrive early, lead crews, photograph projects, monitor progress, and report updates to the owner.

Responsibilities

• Arrive early to job sites to verify materials are correct and ensure jobs start smoothly
• Take clear before, during, and after photos of each project
• Visit job sites throughout the day to monitor progress and handle issues on the spot
• Run materials to job sites when needed
• Perform end-of-day checks to verify leftover materials and job site cleanup
• Communicate daily updates to the owner in the morning, midday, and end of day
