Job summary

RSI is seeking an Operations and Facilities Engineer for its Fernald, OH location. The engineer will be responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of site facilities, applying mechanical engineering principles to ensure reliability. Candidates should have a degree in mechanical engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience.

The position offers a hiring range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance or field engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular field inspections and technical assessments.
• Troubleshoot and oversee repairs for mechanical components.
• Support project implementation and quality assurance.
• Manage records in accordance with Information Management requirements.
