This position requires expertise in mechanical systems and the coordination of complex projects. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of MEP construction experience, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary of $140,000 to $170,000 USD and a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in MEP construction or field operations.
• Experience in commissioning and BAS integration.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of field deployments from project kickoff to turnover.
• Coordinate installation work related to MEP equipment.
• Conduct site progress reviews to identify risks.
