Field Operations Coordinator - Temple City/Sierra Madre, CA

This role operates Monday - Friday 8a-5p PST.

We’re Looking For:

Seeking a Field Operations Coordinator with experience in vehicle assessments and dealership coordination. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for vehicle inspections, documentation, and dealership liaison. A minimum of 5 years automotive experience is required.

You Are:

  • Detail-oriented: Ensuring accurate vehicle inspections and documentation.
  • Organized: Coordinating with managers, sales, and operations for smooth workflows.
  • Customer-focused: Building and maintaining positive relationships with dealerships and internal teams.

You Will:

  • Conduct vehicle assessments and document findings using OPENLANE's mobile app.
  • Coordinate with dealerships, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Submit detailed inspection reports.
  • Distribute marketing materials to dealers.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and dealerships.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of automotive experience as a mechanic or similar.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic report submission.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability to weather conditions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service experience.
