A leading medical technology company seeks a Field Operations Analyst to manage product trials across its divisions. The role involves coordinating trial requests, analyzing submissions, and ensuring timely order fulfillment, with a hybrid work model in California. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with experience in customer service and field logistics.
Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite
As a Field Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of product trials across Stryker’s Endoscopy, Sports Medicine, and Communications divisions. You’ll manage day-to-day trial requests from the sales organization, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and oversee the timely return of field assets from both customers and sales representatives. This highly collaborative role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service to our internal and external stakeholders.
This position is open to candidates located in California as well as remote candidates; however, individuals based locally will be expected to work on-site three days per week in alignment with our hybrid work model.

Salary: $58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
Travel Percentage: 10%
