Role Description

The Field Operations Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hammond, LA. The Field Operations Advisor will work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure materials and equipment are allocated correctly and delivered on time. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, adherence to safety procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of field processes and standards. This position will also be responsible for warehouse operations, material and equipment orders, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, construction, with the ability to coordinate and assist with job site activities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to manage multiple projects, schedules, and resources.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with field teams, project managers, and client representatives.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and field reporting tools; experience with project management or scheduling software is beneficial.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment when addressing issues on site and making operational recommendations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and to meet physical demands associated with field inspections and site visits. Must be willing to travel overnight a minimum of bi-weekly. Must be able and willing to lift 50lbs.
• Must have valid DL with clean driving history, CDL a plus.
• High school diploma. College or Technical Education preferred.
