Hoffman Construction is seeking a Field Office Manager to oversee on-site administrative functions and support project teams. You will coordinate with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractors to maintain documentation, schedules, and communications.
This onsite role requires accounting/payroll experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong office software skills. The position offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities within a nationally recognized builder.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE + Incentives
