Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an administrative support specialist to coordinate field office activities, manage work orders from deployment to invoicing, and handle purchasing and travel logistics.

You will support trainings, meetings, and international travel, while assisting the District Service Manager with budget tasks and A/R requests as needed. This role requires onsite work five days a week and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with office administration, purchasing, and coordinating travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$59,738.00 - $89,606.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location,job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
