Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to travel frequently to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents.
• Create and build CAD files for field use.
• Manage individual jobs with layout-specific activities.
• Provide horizontal and vertical control using Robotic Total Stations.
• Conduct basic layout and field engineering tasks: establish control lines, layout foundations, decks and embeds.
• Assist surveying activities and document engineering work.
• Maintain surveying equipment and inventory.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
• Attend layout-related training.
