FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Catahoula County, Louisiana. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications on your own schedule, reporting findings with photos via mobile apps.

You control routing and territory, with quick 5–6 minute inspection visits and a pay-per-inspection model. A reliable vehicle and smartphone are required for timely reports.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Must provide own equipment (vehicle, smartphone, internet-connected computer/printer).
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
