Job summary

Amphibious Medics is redefining healthcare on construction and industrial sites. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll assess workers, treat workplace injuries, and help keep crews safe and productive in dynamic field environments.

You will spend 65% of your day in site engagements with field teams, delivering practical care with a focus on prevention and OSHA-compliant practices while enjoying a slower pace of 2-3 patients daily.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license and state-specific certification required.
• 1–2 years in occupational health or urgent care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability for field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and treat workplace injuries and health concerns.
• Collaborate with safety managers and site teams to promote wellness and prevention.
• Manage health cases to speed recovery and prevent incidents.
• Provide health education and promote exercise/stretching routines.
• Conduct daily site assessments with the safety team.
