Field Nurse Educator – Port Saint Lucie, FL

We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Patients are at the center of our business strategies. The Nurse Educator Program is an educational-based program designed as a resource for patients living with chronic diseases that have been prescribed specific medications. Nurse Educators provide education about specific disease treatments and resources to help patients better begin and manage their disease state and resources associated with their prescribed medication. Nurse Educators are responsible for participating in one-on-one communications with patients. The Nurse Educator interacts with enrolled patients in person, by telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS strictly following the guidelines of the program. Since the program is strictly educational, Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice or work clinically within this role.

The Nurse Educator will:

1. Coordinate and facilitate the connection between patients and program-approved, patient-based resources.
2. Provide direct educational training to patients on specific disease states and assigned medication.
3. Support multiple disease states and medications as needed.
4. Provide patient-focused education to promote behavioral change and improve treatment compliance.
5. Foster appropriate dialogue between patients and healthcare providers.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred.
• RN licensure required in the state of residency; multi-state license as available per state.
• Current nursing license in good standing.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience, including hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech.
• Nurse educator experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Residence in the designated territory as determined by the business.
• Experience in patient interaction and support for persistence and compliance.
• Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology.
• Strong time management, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to develop and execute plans independently.
• Dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
• Adaptability to changing environments and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and iPad technology.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70%.
• Compliance with client requirements for on-site vaccination may be required.
• Salary range: $95,000-$100,000 annually, plus car allowance and bonus potential.

The potential base pay range for this role is $95,000-$100,000 annually, with actual offers varying based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentives, bonuses, and other benefits may also be included.
