Job summary

QuestPro is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager for a full-time, field-based role in the Greater LA territory. This position offers an every-other-week 4×10 schedule (3-day weekends) and the chance to transition from bedside nursing into care coordination with a national TPA.

You will coordinate care among injured workers, employers, and providers; use clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans; and perform in-person visits with ongoing communication.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Able to work full time during normal business hours.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working independently.
• Proactive mindset, trainable yet autonomous.
• Energetic, ethical, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers.
